Behind the quality

Two Hungarian factories stand behind me. One person answers to you for it.

I buy from two manufacturers because neither one makes everything: one makes the sponges and the cloths, the other the boxes and the film. Both are Hungarian, both work on their own production lines. That way I never have to pull a single item off a wholesaler's shelf, and what arrives is always the same as last time.

A Hungarian factory with its own production line. Everything I take from them comes off it: washing-up sponges, scouring pads, steel wool scourers, microfibre and all-purpose cloths, industrial wiping rolls, mop heads and handles.

What matters to me is that sponge density and wear resistance stay the same from batch to batch. If a sponge works in your kitchen, three months later you get the same one, not something similar. Custom sizes and printing can be arranged, but they have a lead time — I tell you how long before you order.

They work in their own factory, on Hungarian production lines. This is where the takeaway boxes, paper cups, trays, straws, bags, stretch film and refuse sacks come from.

They also have a compostable line: pizza boxes made from unbleached paper of plant origin, and stretch film reinforced with plant fibre. The standards certificate comes from the manufacturer, and I only call something biodegradable where the paperwork exists.

In practice

Two factories, one delivery, one invoice.

This is not a slogan, it is how I organise the work. I drive to the two factories, not you.

    One order

    Tell me in one go what you need from the cleaning side and what from the packaging side. You don't write to two places, and you don't have to reach two separate minimum order values.

  2. 02

    One delivery

    Goods from both factories arrive on the same van, at the same time. You take delivery once, and you clear space once.

  3. 03

    One invoice

    One invoice, one payment deadline. And if something is wrong with any item, you call one person — me.

What comes with that: if something is held up at one of the factories, I re-arrange the delivery, you don't spend the morning on the phone. In that case I call you before you have to look for me.

Something I want to be clear about

I am a reseller, not a manufacturer.

I spell this out because it matters: the manufacturer stands behind the quality, I stand behind the service. If a product doesn't do what was promised, that is the manufacturer's responsibility — but I take the complaint through to the end, and I bring the replacement myself. You never have to ring anyone but me.
