At an agreed time, fitted to the route
If the route works out that way, I'll drop in and look at the place. From the sponge to the box size, a lot of it is decided there rather than from a catalogue.

Response time
I won't promise an instant answer: I work alone, and if I'm on the road the unloading comes first. But everyone hears back from me within one working day — including when the answer is that I can't get hold of what you're looking for.
If you already know what you need
Our first call shouldn't go on taking stock.
On the quote list you go through the items, mark what you need and how much, and send it. By the time we speak, we're already talking about delivery.
