The business
I supply cleaning equipment and packaging materials as a reseller. I do not manufacture: I pass on the products of Hungarian manufacturers, in my own name and on my own invoice.
This site is an introduction, not a webshop. It shows no prices, takes no orders, and no contract is concluded through it: every quote is individual and is agreed by phone or email. That is why there are no general terms and conditions attached to this site — the terms of each deal are set out in the quote and its confirmation.
Complaints and contact
Complaints reach me on the same phone number and email address as quote requests. I answer written complaints in writing within 30 days.
My customers are businesses, so the conciliation board procedure available to consumers usually does not apply. If you do buy from me as a consumer, you may turn to the conciliation board competent for your place of residence.
